Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to all work and services provided by us and are considered accepted when you either approve our quotation or visit our website.

Our quotation is based on the information you provide about the job. If we discover that the job’s scope differs from your description and would result in higher costs than initially indicated, we will adjust the quotation accordingly.

When requesting access to and removal of objects from a property (the “Property”), you affirm and indemnify us against any loss, damage, or liability arising from any breach of the following warranties:

  • You have lawful authority to grant us access to the Property.
  • If keys are exchanged by mail, we are not responsible for any lost keys during transit.
  • The Property is safe for us and our subcontractors to enter and perform our work.
  • Items requiring specialized disposal, such as fridges, freezers, car batteries, pianos, mattresses, larger electrical equipment, substantial amounts of PC equipment/monitors, or any other hazardous items, will be quoted separately and not included in the general estimate.

If a return visit to the same property is required to complete the clearance, it will be charged the same as the initial visit.

While we aim to clear the entire property on your behalf, if time constraints necessitate a quicker clearance, we may engage a trusted third-party provider to meet your deadline and reserve the right to bill accordingly. Additional expenses such as lodging, meals, fuel, and other related costs may also be added.

It is your responsibility to inform us of any known circumstances that might hinder our crew during the clearance or otherwise affect the timely completion of the work.

In the event our staff accidentally damages the property, we will assist in rectifying the issues. We will require photographic evidence of the damage, details of any necessary repairs, and three independent quotes from accredited tradespersons or companies on official letterhead, along with copies of all receipts and documentation.

All invoices must be settled on the day of completion of the clearance. If the clearance spans multiple days, payment is due at the end of each day completed. We accept payment via debit card and pre-agreed bank transfer. Please note that credit card and cheque payments are not accepted.

All waste from the property remains your responsibility until our invoice is paid. We retain the right to return the waste to the property if our invoice is not settled.
